Warranty Conditions
PC Fanatics aims to provide the best services to its customers. We deal directly with manufacturers or authorized and order our own stock. We provide warranty on majority of products in our catalogue. Each product comes with different warranty period which are mentioned below.
Warranty claim is only eligible if the product is not damaged physically and has complete box and contents with it. Original receipt or prove of purchase via online account is necessary to claim warranty. Burned and physically damaged products will not be claimed. Warranty period can be as low as 2 days or as long as 2 months. The product should not be tempered with in anyway and all warranty seals should be intact.

Laptops
Laptop warranty depends on model and manufacturer. While we try to offer warranty for all products, some laptops only carry International Warranty. Some Dell, HP and Lenovo laptops have 1 Year Local manufacturer warranty while Apple MacBooks carry International Warranty only.
